For domestic orders (US), standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery. The outer cover of CrotchPillow™ is machine washable. Simply remove the cover and wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low with the included tennis balls to maintain fluffiness. The inner pillow should be spot cleaned only. We recommend washing the cover every 1-2 months for optimal freshness.

The blue tennis balls included with your CrotchPillow™ are specifically designed to help maintain pillow fluffiness during drying. Simply place the removable cover and tennis balls in your dryer on low heat setting. As the dryer tumbles, the balls gently bounce against the fabric, preventing clumping and ensuring even drying for maximum fluffiness.

With proper care, your CrotchPillow™ should maintain its support and comfort for 2-3 years. We recommend replacing your pillow after this period to ensure you continue to receive optimal comfort and support. Signs that it's time to replace your pillow include decreased loft, lingering odors despite washing, or visible wear and tear.

Yes! Replacement covers and tennis ball sets will be available for purchase on our website. Extending the life of your pillow with fresh covers is both economical and environmentally friendly. Replacement covers come in our standard design as well as seasonal and limited edition patterns.

We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your CrotchPillow™ within the first 100 nights, you can return it for a full refund. The pillow must be in good condition with no stains, tears, or excessive wear. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Yes, all CrotchPillow™ products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by the user. Extended warranty options may be available at checkout.
